just to let you know that i am now, getting stuck into next years rallies so if you want to run one you can let me know as not to avoid disappointment of dates been taken up also if you would like your rally to appear in next years brochure all forms need to be completed and handed in by the end of Sept. as this does take a lot of effort so want it organised asap thank you.

Hello everyone. As some of you may know I stood this year as Honorary Secretary on the basis that I would only do the job for one year due to personal circumstances. The AGM is in October and your centre cannot function without a secretary (the Caravan Club will not allow this) so we urgently need someone to take over the mantle in October, could it be you? The job is not quite as onerous as it used to be and if you would like to know more just contact either Andy Eccles (Chairman) or myself.
Just to reiterate if we have no secretary we have no centre.
If it helps it would be possible to split the post too with a minute secretary doing (as the name suggests) minutes from the committee meetings and someone else doing the other parts of the job.

For this years AGM we are trying something a little different to encourage members that it is not just the formal AGM that happens on this rally (attending the formal AGM at 3pm is not compulsory) it is a fun pack weekend rally too, have a look at last years AGM rally report to see what goes on

So if you can remember last year in March we did a sponsored swimathon for last years Chairman’s Charity Candles, we raised a whopping £533.50, this year we are doing a sponsored Bikeathon around Clumber Park on Sunday 1st May 2016 and this years chosen Chairman’s charity is the RAF Benevolent Fund. I have just set up the justgiving page for this, if you would like to sponsor the Lincolnshire children (and adults) who will be doing this event however great or small it will be very much appreciated Thanks in advance xx

The Committee have decided to extend the online survey closing date until the lincs AGM rally in October, as we would like to hear from more members with their views about rallying.
